Payment
An enrollment is only final after receipt of payment. The invoice is sent by email and must be paid before the due date via bank transfer. Payment is made per period of 7 lesson days.

Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article VI.53, 12° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to this enrollment, as it concerns a service related to leisure/training activities with a fixed period of performance. The cancellation and discontinuation terms described below apply from the moment of enrollment.
Cancellation before the start of the program
In case of cancellation more than 1 week before the first lesson day, the amount paid will be refunded, minus €50 registration fee.
In case of cancellation within 1 week before the first lesson day, or after the start of the program, the amount paid will be refunded, minus €50 registration fee and the cost of the first lesson week.
Discontinuation during the ongoing year
The already ongoing, invoiced period of 7 lesson days will not be refunded, since your child's place was already reserved and any replacement child would have to start with a delay. Invoicing stops from the next period onward.
Waiting list
Waiting list registrations do not receive an invoice until a place becomes available.
